Terms of use
These terms apply to this website and to enquiries sent through it. They are not a counselling or supervision contract.
Who we are
This website is operated by Leon Smith MBACP (Accred), trading as Consider Counselling. The practice offers counselling and clinical supervision, primarily online across the UK, with in-person work from Hampton Hill, London.
You can contact the practice at hello@considercounselling.co.uk or via the Contact page.
Using this website
The site is provided for information and to help you get in touch. It does not create a therapist-client or supervisor-supervisee relationship. That only begins if we agree to work together.
Content is general information, not personal advice. It is not a substitute for counselling, medical care, or emergency support.
Enquiries
Sending a message is an enquiry, not a booking. There is no obligation to continue, and there is no guarantee of availability. If we are not the right fit, we may say so and, where we can, suggest other options.
The contact form opens your email app so you can send the enquiry yourself. Please do not include information you would not want sent by email.
If you need urgent help
This practice does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. If you need urgent mental health support, contact NHS 111, your GP, or a local crisis service.
Accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate, but details such as availability, location, and ways of working can change. If something matters to your decision, please check it with us directly.
Intellectual property
The words, images, and design on this site belong to Consider Counsellingunless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
External links
Links to BACP, Counselling Directory, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Privacy
How enquiries and website use are handled is explained in the Privacy policy. How to raise a concern is explained on the Complaints page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
