I’m an integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor who’s passionate about helping people make sense of their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive space. My approach is gentle and down-to-earth, offering a place where you can explore without judgment and begin to find greater understanding, growth, and healing.

My path into therapy hasn’t been a straight one. Before retraining, I worked as a scaffolder in the petrochemical industry and later spent over a decade in broadcast media & post-production services. Those years gave me real insight into the pressures of demanding workplaces, the weight people often carry in silence.
Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of neurodiversity (ADHD and Dyslexia) and of parenting a child with additional SEN needs. This has deepened my understanding of the everyday challenges people face, from rejection sensitivity and sensory needs to overwhelm and navigating inferior systems and services.
I’ve supported people from all walks of life: young people, adults, those facing addiction, people experiencing homelessness, and individuals navigating cancer and, at times, end-of-life care. These experiences have shaped my approach and strengthened my conviction that therapy is for everyone, and that genuine change is always possible.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy doesn’t need to feel clinical or intimidating. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, whether you’re working through trauma, addiction, neurodiversity, or the everyday ups and downs of life.
If any of this resonates with you, and you’d like a safe space to talk things through, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
